Alright, the verdict is in. I ate whatever I wanted the last 10 days while on vacation, and I gained 4 pounds. Now I am getting back on track. Time to go back to exercising.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
