Argh!! Whats up with this?! I know its a little gain but I had a gain from my last weigh! Does anybody have any advise on resolving the bloat you feel while eating all this protein?
198.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Make sure you eat enough vegetables and drink enough water to keep your constitution regular, lol! Are you eating anything with a lot of salt?

Hi SkinT - I've found exactly the opposite and don't feel bloated at all since I started a couple of weeks ago. If you put full details of what you're eating in your food diary group members can check it out and maybe give you some pointers :)

I drink 100 oz. of water every day. Maybe I can get more veggies in. Thanx friends
