Soooo I'm back? Lol summer is usually when I gain the most weight and going from 153 to like 161.2 has clearly demonstrated that. It's not a bad thing though. I'm actually excited. Hopefully it'll help me to get some of my worse habits under control and get back to working out and feeling better. Plus I'm going on another trip soon so I need to make sure I feel confident when I go. Whatever my weight is when I go I don't want to have to worry about it and if I'm actively working out and such then I know I'll be less stressed and enjoy it more. Okay so back at it! First thing is my shot of ACV.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 108.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
