I'd like to thank all of the members who forwarded their encouragement to me last week. Much appreciated. My son is doing well. I'm beat to a frazzle. Have to fire up more commitment to the diet. Very disappointed knowing I won't meet my goal for March 1st. Thankful, however, that I'm not gaining.
