I am inching closer and closer to the 399.5 mark... It will be a glorious day when the first number on my weight changes and then many grueling months before it changes again.

It was a great change to get rid of that 4 as the first number. Keep up the work and you will hit it very soon. I now set my goals to each ten pound drop. I will be there in the next week or so (I weigh in on Friday, but that may be too hopeful). As long as we keep on doing the right things, we will make it.You have to keep going as you are pushing me to stay ahead of you.

I know what you are talking about. I told the GF my next goal is to fit into her pants. So now her next goal is to stay ahead of me! haha.
