im feeling a bit depressed.. my body clearly does not want to get rid of this weight! i work out almost everyday... i eat 1200-1400 a day but its just not going anywhere :(

well here are my measurements since i didn't have a chance to post them on monday!!

You might not see the numbers changing on the scale, but your measurements have definitely changed. That just goes to show you that your hard IS paying off!! There have been many times that I've wanted to give my scale a good kick, but then I do my measurements and I really am smaller. Keep up the good work!!

Hang in there as you are getting great results. Don't focus so much on the weight especially when your inches lost is soooo good. The numbers on the scale will follow.
