Tried the Taco Bake off Chattum's website tonight and it was wonderful! My husband said it tasted like home made chili... I said it needs Cumin! LOL I'm huge Cumin fan! I was up a bit in weight this morning but really constipated and ate a ton yesterday. I was famished all day long! Terry from the forum Why Stalls Happen said to expect that once I started losing weight again that it's my body trying to hang onto the weight.

THE TACO BAKE IS MY FAVORITE THING, In fact, I just had a left over snack of it...:) YUM!
