Comments 
Eggs with red pepper, peas, red onion, and mushrooms. 1/4 avocado, 15 slices of cucumber, and 2 cups spring mix salad with some balsamic vinegar. I feel like it’s so much food but it’s only about 700 calories. I’m still way under what the calories they recommend for me.
