First day of low carb. Seems strange that I went out to eat with a friend for lunch. She had salad, I had a cheeseburger with no bun, meat only. Grilled vegetables. Dinner tonight Spaghetti squash with Alfredo. I hope I can continue this. Its more than giving up bread, rice and potatoes. Reading labels and I'm shocked, never really paid attention to Carbs just calories
