I started this Keto diet on April 23, 2018. So, have been on it for about 16 days now. It's been difficult to get below 20 gm carbs per day, most days unable to do that, getting somewhere between 45 - 32 gm. I just can't seem to get under that 20 gm per day. But, my hunger is very minimal. The diet is real cleaned up, just because I have to watch carbs, which means cutting out all of that glucose foods. Curious to see what my next weigh in is. Was at 201 last weigh in. On April 23, 2018 is was at 210. Then on May 3rd at 201. So, we'll see next weigh in.
