I am so pleased about the weight loss and I'm feeling better and better by the day despite being in the really unpleasant stage of ketosis.
I still can't work out because of the heel injury but that's getting better too and I'm looking forward to being healed enough to start.
Now, I just need to bring my sodium levels down and I'll be completely happy.


Breakfast:
18.5 oz. coffee
2 tbsp of half and half
2 servings of da vinci sugar free coffee syrup
1 smoked salmon omelette 6
1 turkey sausage patty
Calories: 282 / Net Carbs: 2.03

Lunch:
1 serving of chicken salad
2 oz. of romaine lettuce
Calories: 373 / Net Carbs: 2.18

Dinner:
Parmesan 'Fried' Chicken
Zucchini noodles
Calories: 232 / Net Carbs: 2.46

Snacks:
1 piece of Russell Stover sugar free mint patty
3 pieces sugar free caramel filled chocolates
2 pieces of Sugar free Reese's cups
Calories: 353 / Net Carbs: 1.48

Totals:
Calories 1290 / Net Carbs: 8.85 / 192 oz. of water
