well, the Y changed the Sunday morning class from water aerobics to zumba. Since I still cant do much barefoot walking on my new foot I think I'll give it a miss. I know I wont be at the Y tomorrow because we will be getting 7-9 inches of snow overnight abd I just dont drive in that stuff if i dont have to....too many people in a hurry. After the snow there will be sub zero highs (-10 to -30 f) for several days. That wont keep me from the Y! Ill just have to move more at home today and tomorrow and not be tempted by what is in the cupboards

Okay, I haven't been writing down what I have been eating but, it has been like I flipped a switch a week ago when I reconnected with FS. I moved rapidly back to essentially eating according to the Mediterranean diet. The big thing has been the change in the amount that I am eating. While I was unable to walk, I just ate what and when I wanted. I also often ordered Kraft caramels with my groceries and, I think, considered it treating myself. Bad choice.
The important thing is that I am now back on track, eating reasonably and healthily.
