I feel kinda blah today but I did log all of my food today. Definite victory.

Recorded everything yesterday. Carb overload but I had a great exercise day and did well with fat and protein. I will keep it up.

I am going to a Seal concert tonight (the singer who was married to Heidi Klum--not an animal show!) I had a good 40 minute walk on the treadmill but was really tired afterward. Not like me. But the machine said I burned off 170 calories. It made up for the Jamba Juice smoothie I had. Just had to have it.
The woman I am going to the concert with is a dietician (a size 0!) and is a good influence on me. She is a great cook and knows a lot of ways to give flavor to food. Yum. But she does pilates almost everyday and I don't think I can go there yet....
I know I will have fun. I am getting into the habit of snacking at night again. Bad, bad habit. I will write it down and therefore will see it in black and white so there is no escaping it.

Discussing my problems with my weight loss, I often tell myself that I need someone holding my "hand to the fire". I am the only one that can do that!!!! Why do I expect others to do that for me. Really ridiculous. So, I am going to enter my food everyday, weigh myself every day or every other and strive to exercise at least six days a week. It is the only way I can get anywhere in this journey. Others have done it and so can I!
It was interesting that my doctor said that I will lose weigh since I have the sleep apnea machine. Have not seen that yet, but if I keep up monitoring myself more closely, it should make a difference. Just have to keep myself going!

Ugh. Not keeping a journal, thinking I can eat whatever I want like junk....It shows up in my weight loss/gain. Good news--I am exercising and that is a good thing. I cannot say my weight gain is increased muscle. Still need to eat healthy! Stress is less, so no excuse.
