Well I fasted about 34 hours and then put down 1400 calories. Now I'm hoping for a quick REM. Gym later today to work on my routine. I forgot to weigh in fasted but it was a long work week @ 72 hours over night shift. 😴

weighed in during fed state with belly circumference down 1 inch to 43." My belly was at 51" last April and 44" in January. I have also increased salt intake and my weight fluctuations are less dramatic between fasted and fed states.

Today was a feasting day and I destroyed 3300 calories in only 2 meals. I also went down to the gym and lifted a few dumbbells to get a feel for time under tension with compound movements. AthleanX had some good videos on YouTube for that. I wasn't sure if I did enough to feel it but after 20 minutes I feel the blood flowing. I will need a good fitness tracker with a stopwatch feature. Zero post workout calories for me because those are already being digested, and now I begin a 36+ hour fast.
