I WILL NOT QUIT. But have had some long term binges. Now time to get back on track and re-commit.

Here is a story about a California gal who lost over 100 pounds in one year,
I found this story today and it gave me motivation to get moving again.

While the story is inspiring, I just want to get to the point so here are the 5 changes Kiah made.

These are the 5 daily habits that changed Kiah’s life:

Wake up an hour earlier than usual and dedicate that time to yourself.

Make sure you move your body for at least 30 minutes.

Give up any meal that is not beneficial for your body.

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water.

Write down 10 things you are thankful for.

Happy new year fellow weight loss traveller.

Re-Comittment is a Regular requirement

When I turn 75, it is my will and if also by the Will and Grace of God, to drop 120 lbs. and continue getting in "fighting shape" as they say, and then the appearance of my physical youth will have returned.

Already inside I am in my 30's and carry with me all the time for over 55 years the idea that our physical forms do not have to age and by keeping the thought of youth and or immortality in mind it translates those positive mental thoughts as well as NLP, neuro-linguistic-prorgramming, by maintaining repetitive correct thought and speech.'

For example: repeat to ALOUD the following: 10 times,
10 times a day, for
10 DAYS

"EVERYDAY AND IN EVERYWAY, EVERYTHING IS BETTER AND BETTER."

One thing is certain if you don't try it, it definitely won't work.

NEXT part of this journey:

Yesterday I was listening to Joni Abbot who is a Health Consultant radio podcast host who focuses on NON-PHARMA solutions to health and healing.

She said it took her 10 years to lose 100 lbs, because she had to go back in time in her painful locked away memories and nurture her inner child from those horrible days when she had been abused in various ways.

Joni Abbot tells her story with Robert Scott Bell, [she appears in the second interview]

THE ROBERT SCOTT BELL SHOW: The Health Freedom Expo! By far one of the hardest things I have done in this body in this life is weight reduction.

Working out in the pool is regular daily, except for this thing called IAN that just swept Cape Coral and the area clean.
Making myself work-out at home and alone has been a challenge to overcome the inertia and I don't have a good excuse either, not that it would mediate the issue.

Have adjusted all the dials and it comes down to KETO / Atkins type eating style for life. Elimination of as much refined carbohydrates as possible, a lot of water, 2X a day "CARDIO MIRACLE." and intermittent fasting is the ticket.

It seems my plateaus are too frequent, but if I can maintain 15 to 20 pound reduction per Quarter then that will serve just fine, so far so good.

Re-Comittment is a Regular requirement.

My goal is to be in better shape than I was 20 years ago when I reach October next year.
