Try, fail, try and fail more, try again success and big fail
ENOUGH!
I have prayed my way out of addictions, alcohol, cigarettes and many horrible things in life why not pray my way out of this growing obesity.
Why not finding the ROOT of this malady and confront it and heal it, with its constant need or want to eat every 20 minutes?
I prayed this morning, with the that very thought in mind and this afternoon the following teachers came to remind me and point the way to remind me how to get back on track.
One - God's signature on His perfect creation.

Another set back and new beginning. Right after the last journal entry came an unexpected root canal.
Antibiotics totally disrupted my bio and sleep and exercise which was exacerbated by old snap.
Anyway, back in the saddle again.
Self Control has been my mantra for several years now, and it seems the more I reach for it, the more elusive it behaves.

The end of the old year and beginning of the new year is off to a mixture of North East cold temps sent down to SW FL, with mornings in the high 30's even turned the heat on during the day. Then gratefully the sun and warmth came back to warmer than average afternoons in the high 70's low 80's.
On a personal note, surprise tooth tenderness came in the first week without warning culminating into a Root Canal. Yippee! One step closer to the dreaded dentures. ' : > (
Really don't like those nasty 3 letter words... guess which ones I mean.
Haven't even felt like swimming which is my one consistent excellent exercise habit at the moment.
On the positive side; the short term smoking binge has ended and the overall consumption binge that lasted for about 3 months has come to a close.
With the exception of medications of Pharma and self pity food.
Will chalk it up to nervous system disruption and oral pain management.
Back on track this week.
As a counter measure for taking Amoxil anti-biotic I am consuming a lot of ALDI'S:
FRIENDLY FARMS PLAIN
WHOLE MILK GREEK YOGURT.
Has no sugar, nor sweeteners, and is loaded with the bacteria necessary to repopulate the digestive track from the devastation of anti-biotic kill off of the natural digestive track bacterias.
Doctors give out AntiBiotics like candy at Halloween, but never mention the necessity of post treatment with high quality yogurt.
Onward and Upward.
