Lost another lb this week. Keeping total carbs under 20. Drinking my 90 oz water/day. Trying to make good choices in carbs by having 3 cups salad or 2 cups salad and 1 cup other veggie. Eating my snacks and avoiding nuts. I have 35 more lbs to go to my goal. Hoping to lose 5 lbs by daughter's high school graduation on Jun 3. It gives me 2 weeks. For many it wouldn't be a problem, but I seem so carb resistant..

fell behind on my water consumption this weekend... picking it back up today! resorted to eating nuts last few days as we were out of food in the house. Cutting those out. Plus back to taking naproxen for pain. Going to neurosurgeon tomorrow. Praying for some answers and solutions!

Ran outta eggs yesterday. Nothing much that is quick and easy to eat in the house. Need to get to the store! Plus I just found out I need to make a dessert for my daughter's track banquet which is potluck. guess I will eat before going....
