Overdid it with the fried foods this past week...fried seafood is my weakness! So I'm going to try cutting out fried foods this week and hopefully I can make it through the week!

Feeling great today. I'm back to my regular exercise routine this week and feeling energized! Just learned how to post photos to my journal thanks to Shae! Sooo, just wanted to post a few pics of my family! Hubby and I on 3rd anniversary; Children: Elijah, 2, and Anaiya, 1. Enjoy your weekend fs!

Hubby and I did the 1.3 mile walk-up trail at Stone Mountain (GA) yesterday after walking/jogging 1.3 miles around to the start of the trail. It was okay in the beginning, but it got tougher as the slope got steeper and steeper. However, I made it to the top and felt so accomplished! Six months ago, I probably wouldn't have been able to do it, but my endurance is getting better and better each day.
On another note, it's me and hubby's 3-yr anniversary today! I'm going to get my hair done this morning and looking forward to having a great evening. Have a good day FS!<br><br>

Checking back in. I know it's been a while. I took a break for about a month and now steadily getting back into my normal routine. I've been able to maintain my weight steadily, but for me, because the exercise component wasn't there...I haven't been able to really lose like I want to. So, I've been getting back into it, but still don't feel the same motivation that I did initially.
