Trying to get back into recording my food AND exercise intake. Recording the exercise is a big motivator for me because I want to be able to SEE a large deficit at the end of the day. So, I definitely need to get back in the habit. Lost 1 lb this week. I clearly see that one or two bad days of eating (PIZZA in this case!) can make the difference between losing 1 lb and 2 lbs at the end of the week... Next time I cheat like that, I need to make sure I do double duty on exercise to make up!

Feeling great! I went to see Maxwell and Jill Scott in concert last night. It was awesome! I had on my dress and heels and felt all kinds of sexy...lol.
I actually gave someone on fb a tip the other day about how I'm achieving weight loss. I just said burn more than you consume. Easier said than done...but it CAN be done if you have determination and will power. It motivated me even more because I feel like I have to practice what I preach.
I had a great week of exercise. Did reasonably well with eating healthy, except for the concert and the long island iced teas I had afterward! But I'm happy that I lost 2 lbs. Getting closer to the 170s....

Happy that I still lost weight this week while I was visiting home. I forgot my workout video, but still managed to get in some walking and aerobic activity at night. Emotionally down this week from marriage troubles, but I'm doing my best not to stress about and staying prayerful.

I've been a little out of touch with fatsecret this week...I was not feeling well this week. I had a stomach virus that killed my apetite and drained me. I was in bed most of the day on Tuesday. I was feeling much better by yesterday and even managed to get in a workout last night. Feeling energized because my birthday is tomorrow and I have plans with friends and family all weekend. I went shopping for a blouse to wear and was very happy with what I got. I'm feeling more and more confident every day. And in turn, more and more motivated to keep going until I reach my goal! Hope you all are doing well!
