Post-workout and mid morning snack

Things are finally getting better. Since my last back injury and sciatica flair up I have had to take few weeks of rest and stick to light walking/stretching. I've been able to resume training a few weeks ago and I have been very consistent with 15/18 days of training.
Diet is back on point and loosing weight again now that I am counting my proteins, fats and carbs according to the plan outlined by my doc. Also helps to cut out the pizza and donuts... lol Looking forward to a weight in next month.
