Another crappy day of eating yesterday. My weight has been going up slightly but with the heavy training I've been doing I am not too worried. I just feel like crap from the overdose of carbs lately when I got off the rails...

I made some really poor food choices yesterday but back on track today.

Messed up a little yesterday. I had a few things off my diet plan which sadly included way too much sugar.
Back on it today but I actually feel so much better. I started breaking down Sunday after my 10k ride so perhaps my body needed some extra calories.
Had an awesome strength training workout this am!
