A lot of temptations today! Going out to lunch with my gf then hubby and I are having a "date" which includes going out to eat.....uh oh!!
I'm going to enter foods in my journal that I think I'll eat. At least that way I'll see the caloric totals and maybe I won't pig out. Also, I'm going to get on the treadmill for an hour today and drink as much water as I can. Oh well, there's not much more I can do. Anyway, happy Saturday FS!!

Since I'm teaching two classes in the evenings at a local college and full time at a high school, I've been getting up at 5:00 a.m. to do 30 minutes on the treadmill before school. It was really hard at first but now I've noticed how much more energy I have throughout the day. I hope I can keep this routine but as the semester progresses, I'm sure it will become more difficult. Kudos to all of you who exercise in the early a.m.....you're a machine!!

I met 50% of my goals yesterday. I exercised for an hour on the treadmill but didn't stay at 1500 calories. Today's goal is to exercise for an hour on the treadmill and not go over my "down" day caloric limit. I'm ready for the "down" day today because I feel like I ate TOO much yesterday. We went out to eat last night and had a cookie attack right before bedtime. Today should be a better day. Let's make it a GREAT FS day!!

4th day on the Alternate Day Diet with a 3 pound weight loss and the "down" days aren't that bad. Today's an "up" day and my goal is to stay around 1500 calories and walk on the treadmill for an hour. Let's have a wonderful FS day!

Got out of school half day today with only a light dusting of snow - typical Southern reaction to snow but I'll take it :)
My neighbor gave me her treadmill but after fifteen minutes, it stops. Hopefully, hubby can fix it. I've been reading Dr. Johnson's book, "The Alternate-Day Diet." It's very interesting with a lot of scientific evidence to back it up. Anybody tried this diet plan? Would love to hear about your results. Have a "snowy" FS day!
