so a little more down this week nice to see the scale continuing in the right direction. i also did the fancy weigh in today including all the dreaded BF% numbers etc. it was also nice to see that since the last BF weigh in it had gone down by 2.2%. Its still WAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY too high at 34.4% i would very much like to get it down into the mid 20s range. i think this is going to take some serious work from me so i need to get up off my lazy not so fat anymore backside and start doing something about it :0)

so who'd have thought it. i up my calorie intake, take more care of the macros and the scale goes in the right direction this morning!!!! OK so its nt a huge amount but it feels motivating that its going down slowly but surely. just need to focus onthe exercise soon and get this flabby body toned for Bikini season i might actually feel comfortable showing it off this year ;0)

urrgghhhh..... i keep yoyoing around this weight and its starting to do my head in!!! i'm up one whole kilo over the weekend :0( ok so i know my food choices wernt great but i still had a decent calorie defecit. i know my registration of offods is acurate as i'm anal about the weighing and so forth so much so that i'm rounding up just in case.
looking over my food choices i think it must be something to do with my macros my carbs are just way too high and my protein way too low i need to start thinking about these a little more and planning my meals a little better. i know i'm also going to have to change my exercise routine but i keep putting this off i HATE the gym and until i can turn this loathing around there is no point in starting it as i know i will not keep it up just need to find something to get me motivated...Any ideas?????
