DAY 9 finally came!! Well i think great acomplishments were made during the first 9 days. Although i do not know how much weight i dropped, i do know my husband lost 14lbs in the 9 days. YEAH!! he is looking like he lost that weight too. We both have increased our activity rate, just for the fact we have been keeping busy outside to almost 9pm each night.
So for me, i would really love to have a weigh in to see my progress, but at my weight, thats not the easiest task. my goal is to be able to weigh myself by my birthday on the 20th. that will be my big acomplishment, only 13 more days too. i plan on staying on Detox these next days also, seeing i need the "structure" this phase give me.

Ok i am closing in on the 9 days. i messed wound some more with cooking and made some cabbage rolls with rice and veggies and of course cabbage for a meal this weekend, and even made some egg white omelets for another meal. My husband was so impressed he got 2 meals in the same day, he didn't care how they tasted. Did some more work outside and the yard is coming together from the winter.
I have to admit i did have 2 glasses of wine, and i know it is not allowed, so i think i will be on detox forever!
I really am excited to see how i am doing on the plan, and i know i will know in a few more days. So just starting out again this monday on trying to tackle 5 days straight. I already know there will be a temptation for me to cheat on saturday, and the best i can do is make it so i have more plan options that will not make me notice the "no-no foods" i will be serving.
Tonight i will start taking both the dogs for walks, so that will add to my exercise time.
I have been sticking to fruits, yogart and salad for my meals at work, and dinners tend to be the rice and vegitable meals. so basically the same food, just miked up and cooked different ways. its not boring, and i have been getting better at pulling out grapes when i want a snack rather than complaing there is nothing to eat.
Hope everyone has a good week, GOOD LUCK!

Ok it is friday and i have made it through ..almost ...5 days of detox. feeling better and getting excited to find out if i have dropped any weight.
Last night i made the vegitiarian chili, dont know if i stayed real good, seeing i used canned diced tomatoes, but i know i didnt even notice there was no meat, though i did notice no cheese when my husband noticed no bread.
Hope you all have a great weekend!

Ok i have been MIA for the most of last week, and i was sticking with the diet, until tuesday, and that began the spiral. by sunday, i couldnt wait to get started on detox today. i was cranky, had no energy and was just plain mad at the fact i screwed up again. but i wont sprial anymore and i will get right back on track. i even missed coming on-line and entering in my journals.
As it was i did think i had made a loss, but i cant take that number and enter it here untill i know i am back on track with the program.
Here to another day one of detox!

Well on my 3rd day of detox and i am still standing. this morning i was hungry when i woke up. i guess that is a good feeling, seeing usually i would have over eaten and been feeling sick when waking up. So i have been forced to have meals, and that isn't a bad thing.
No coffee is catching up, but on the bright side, i have been working outside at night so that im not in the house to think about eating. every little step everyday is all i can ask for :)
