Well i made it to another Friday, and this morning i stepped on the scale, and it actually was able to take my weight!!!!! im not ERR2 any more. Oh you dont know how good that feels to know you are not monsterious again. oh i still weigh WAY WAY WAY too much, but i got to see the number, and that was one of my mini goals.
Well just goes to show you if you try things can happen. enjoy your weekend, this will be my motivation for the weekend.

Well i have been struggling these last weeks. back and forth on and off just cant seem to pin down my motivation. but i think i have been on track this week.
I need to focus on motivating myself to exercise. i have been good, so i cant give up. i think i have been overwhelmed by the amount that i have to loose, and its making me not appreciate my small losses. So i just have to stop that. I have to be happy about any looses and look forward to the next one.
So i am real, im not always peppy and i have a few bad days, but i am remembering that if i do some exercise, i forget about the bad day, i forget about wanting a snack, i forget about wanting a cigarette, and i forget about not wanting to exercise.

Good Afternoon! Well this weekend was very nice. we did go to a party, and i did eat too much, well not overly, but i think that made the rest of the weekend guilt free for myself. Lets say i usually dont have a stomach ache on fatsmashers.
But the nice thing was i wore a skirt and a top, i may have not wore a skirt for over a year, so it was nice to be not in jeans. i think the hubby liked it too cause i got flowers the next day. so for those reasons, being sick when i over eat and getting gifts when I got right back on the wagon though this morning and am on track.
Im glad other people have and enjoy the wii fit also. i am going to try out the step while you watch tv tonight when i get home. I want to try to stay active when i get home, that will be my june goal (that with stay on the plan). I have been doing a lot of gardening, but that will get less and all i have to do is upkeep soon.
and i have to be honest and say that for the last 10 days i have been sneaking cigarettes, and that has ended today also, so i am back to being 100% focused.
So good week to every one, and i hope to stay this motivated through the weekend, haha litte goals.
