Quit smoking for a 2nd time, determined to not start smoking again and stay stopped.
Also decided a lofty goal of climbing mount Everest at age 40, i am 37 this year, so I have 3 years to train.
But as a recovering addict with all or nothing thinking, need to change my goal.
So i will say, my goal is to climb mount Kilimanjaro by age 40. Starting training from today, need to train 5 days a week, mix of cardio and weights and hiking on weekends with a loaded backpack.
1st goal: Do gym 4 times this week, Lions head on the weekend.

Had my grieving period, done being sad, today started training again.
Woke up at 5am.
6km row, 2 km walk , 45 min.
Also gonna start logging my food again.

In process of going through Divorce, been clean almost 2 years, but my ex not willing to forgive. Not been to gym in 3 weeks due to depression, but going today and will try to keep it up.
