I have reached one month no smoking, 2 years no alcohol and gambling, sex addiction clean 18 months. Going through divorce regardless of changes happening with me. The gym /especially rowing seems to help to clear my mind, almost a kind of meditation for me. I am trying to watch what i eat, as i end up rowing a shit load and then getting very hungry which does not help my weight loss, trying to balance things and just to be consistent. No point going to gym three times in a row and then taking a week off due to over training.
Just trying to be at gym 1hr 4 or 5 times per week . 2 weight training sessions and 3 cardio only sessions.
For some reason i dont enjoy weight lifting , i prefer rowing, but i know i need to add heavy weight to my work out routine. Well i will see how it goes and post a pic in a month to compare my old photos.

Hi , still stopped smoking. going into my third week now.
Last week went to gym 4 times, I did alot of rowing and also weight lifts, but damn it i am still 100kg.
I must just be persistent and keep going to gym on constant basis
