We all have a reason right?
Maybe to feel better, to look smokin hot in that li red dress, to avoid health crisis, these girls (and the lil red dress 😉) are my granddaughters.. THEY are my reason!

Haallp!! 🆘
Ok, I’m 49, I’m 5’2 and 159.. goal weight is 130
I go to the gym mon-fri and walk 2 miles, then lift light weights, I have a 9-5 desk job but I feel I’m pretty active outside the office.
I’m trying the calorie deficit and eating between 1000-1200 calories a day (I have no idea how many I should be eating. I just picked a number that sounded good) how do I find out what my deficit should be 🤷🏼♀️ and does it matter what type of calories I’m taking in? I don’t monitor protein, carbs, ect.. I just count calories
I’m doing it wrong obviously because I can’t seem to break under 159. 🤦🏼♀️
Do I need more exercise? Less calories?
Suggestions! Throw em at me!!

Sunday’s are for good food and family.... but if I keep cooking like this I will never reach my weight loss target 🙄
