Today is the day I head off to vacation. Recorded my weight this morning, packed healthy snacks for in the car and dinner for my late arrival. Lots of exercise planned including a walking tour and bike rides to the beach! Excited for the time work and get on my way.

Day 1 went well. 5 calories under my max intake. Today’s plan is to add a walk. Also doing a 30 day to happiness challenge. Day 3 set for the same goal of not going over calories and staying accountable.

I have gained half my 18 lbs lost back. No one to blame but myself and not tracking or using any accountability. Today my goal is to start fresh. Get all my steps and stay under my calorie limit. I leave for vacation on Thursday and have been working on my fitness and food plan for while I travel. My main goal is to not gain while I am traveling for 5 days. Journaling today is my first step in owning what is going on and starting over. I am going to work to check in once a week and stay on track.
Fingers crossed and will power engaged for day one.
