I am struggling this week with food but have kept up with tracking even when it looks ugly. I have added more healthy options in but the junk is still hanging in there. Tonight I have to bake for two different birthdays. I love baking it is a huge stress reliever for me and the good thing is this time, all of it is leaving my house.
Here's to better food tonight and tomorrow and to keeping it honest and ugly!

I've been back for vacation for about a week, slowly getting back into a groove. Succeeded in not gaining over vacation of the week following. Next goal is to start losing. No number yet, just get the downward numbers in motion. One workout planned with Friends for Wednesday night. 5 mile walk with 20 minute small circuit and some time playing at the park this morning. Big goal tomorrow is hitting my 1500 calorie goal.
I started with little steps and now it is time to start taking them again.
