i have to remember to make a recipe for the shake i made before. totally phase 1 safe!! it was tofu, water, ice, unsweetened cocoa powder and 2 packets of equal. it was not gross, but my sister and brad do not believe me. so i stayed totally on the diet today!!! yayyy!!

i went waaayyy off the diet today. a starbucks coffee, two giant bakery cookies, three amazing cookies from a parisian bakery, and four gin drinks. can we please say "try harder tomorrow?" i was so good until like 830 pm. My class was SO stressful and my professor offered us these amazing little parisian meringue sandwich cookies. ughhh. try again tomorrow I guess.
