I woke up with low blood sugar again this morning...49...whew! I am drained of all my energy! I got ready to ride my bike yesterday for my challenge and the tire was flat. The tire had come all the way off the rim. dang! I walked around in Walmart last night and stayed up watching youtube videos on how to change a tire. I was up til 3am fixing my bike. I fixed the tire, changed out the seat to the "big butt" seat instead of the crotch rocket that came with it. It was PAINFUL! I also put on a little bike bag to carry my phone and stuff in. Now I gotta go buy allen wrenches to install the bottle cage. If you're gonna buy a bike, save your money and get a good one. Dept store bikes are hard as hell to work with. and I definitiely recommend getting one with quick release tires. I feel like I walked up 20 ft and threw myself onto my butt and back. I guess I got some exercise yesterday! So if you see my foo djournal and wonder why there are snickers bars all over it, it's cuz my blood sugar dropped last night after all the walking and then again this morning. I guess I need to decrease my insulin some more. That is good though, just need to get it regulated.:)As soon as I gather up my energy, I am going to ride my bike! Hopefully it won't fall apart. ha ha

Today is almost over. I made a very good choice at Starbucks today! I usually get the White Choc. Mocha, but so many cal. I chose a tall skinny Latte with sf hazelnut and sf vanilla syrup. It was a little sweet, but satisfied my coffee craving! And only 100 cal.! I walked around the mall for 30 minutes and I am going to ride my bike before it gets dark. I have to burn more calories. I also took my dog for a walk and did wii fit this morning. Love Super Hula!
The only problem I am having so far is if I sit at home all day, all is well...but as soon as I leave my house for errands or visiting for long periods of time, my plans go to crap. I did well last night, even though I wanted the ribs, mac-n-cheese, baked beans and such, I ate dinner before leaving and brought 2 snacks that were very low on cal. I ate one of them while my friends ate the fatty stuff. Funny thing is, I don't really like baked beans or ribs. Why did I want it so bad????
