Jeeeez...potato chips will mess up your calorie intake. I started mindlessly eating them while trying to figure out what to do about my dog. He ate a sock yesterday. He won't vomit it back or poop it out. I may have to take him to the vet tomorrow. Tonight was my mom's bday dinner and I ate A LOT. If I had made a different choice at lunch, I may have been ok. Tomorrow is definitely exercise day. lol

My scales say I have lost weight but I don't know. I am going to weigh in on my wii fit in the morning and I'll know for sure. I have got in half my water already. I am down to one or less diet cokes a day.
As far as sleep, I am doing ok. Just can't seem to get going in the mornings. I am drinking PLENTY of water, but still not getting enough exercise. It's just soooo hard. ha ha!! I have 3 weeks before I return to teaching school so there's some motivation. These people have not seen me all summer. Gotta look good! lol

I guess I took a break yesterday. I just didn't feel like measuring food and such. I went out with a friend the night before and had too many drinks, got in a fight with my boyfriend, and felt like crap all day yesterday. I laid around feeling depressed, ate snack food, and watched tv all day. I didn't go over my calories but my mood was in the dumps. I want the alcohol out of my life for good. I will probably lose friends but I guess they weren't genuine if they just want to party with me! I want a lifestyle change, so I'm back committed to my goal. :) I have to go to a bday party today. My challenge is having the willpower to stay away from the crap foods. ha ha I am having a chili dog though. yum. Fat free.;)

I am a little disappointed in my results this week. I have been eating pretty good and doing more exercise than normal. I have no problem maintaining my weight. Even when I would eat bad foods, I would still maintain. I started this diet June 27th, lost a little the first week, but I found it! ha ha I am still at my starting weight of 145. Could it be the boat load of water I am drinking? I guess I could be retaining? I don't know. I reduced my RDI, hopefully that will help. I will pick up the exercise too. I need to sweat all this water out! lol
On a positive note...my skin is looking and feeling a lot better due to the amt of water I have been drinking!

bust:35--lost an inch
waist:29.5-no change
hips:40-no change
Apparently I haven't lost inches either, except 1" in the the boobs. Great...
Sit ups, here I come. lol
