I have GOT to get this eating thing under control!!! After eating hospital food all weekend, I guess I wanted to splurge. LOL Can't do it. I keep going over my calories! Back to eating healthy. Low calorie tonight! --Even though I have already went over because of the fantastic cornbread I made. ;)

So, it's been a while, but I'm back. School started and I've been adjusting to my new routine.It's a new week and I plan to stey on track with my goals and keep my blood sugar regulated. I have lost a couple more pounds and now it's time for some much needed exercise to get my energy levels back up and tone up!

I have been going over my 1500 calories for the last week. I am running out of healthy groceries and am eating my quick stuff. I have to get to the store! lol I cannot believe how many calories are in boiled peanuts! Wow! It's a lot...look it up. I am going to sign up for a gym membership next week. I am too lazy to exercise at home. It won't happen. I love to play volleyball. I wish I could find somewhere to play. Then I would enjoy getting a workout. I am at work today so my exercise is "desk work". ha ha Who knew?

I have been using my wii fit to weigh myself and it has varied all week between 144-147. Today is my weigh in day and it is 147. Blah. I can stay within my RDI, but I HAVE to get the exercise in. It feels like such a chore.

Is it possible to drink too much water? I drank about 120oz yesterday and then overate at my mom's bday dinner. I felt sick going home...kind of drunk feeling. I got home around 10pm and felt better, just stuffed. I watched a little tv and played on the computer. About 1am I started feeling horrible...light headed and nauseaus. I figured I was tired and needed sleep. After laying in the bed for a few minutes, the feeling got worse then I got a horrible stomach ache. I tried to get comfortable, but couldn't. I rolled over on my back. That helped a little. Finally, after an hour, I vomited. I laid back down and rolled around with my tummy ache and cried in pain until I was so exhausted that I fell asleep. I remember feeling all "liquified" like I had too much liquid in my belly. Maybe it was the combo of the foods that I ate. (boiled potatoes, fried fish,gumbo,crab dip on crackers)I ate a lot of food, but it was small portions. I don't know why I got sick. I guess I just ate too much. I haven't had a lot of sleep and I still feel a little funny.
