What did one expect. I ate like mad this week...and apologize for none of it! The fair was great, my dinner with Zavi was as amazing as always, and the wine event Monday was one of the greatest parties I've ever been to! no, i earned these pounds, friend.

Hanging here. still not bad! Now i'm going to kick up my workouts a little. I'll do 3 days of running instead of MAYBE 2. :-)

did a re-weigh just because. Proved to make quite a difference; nearly 2 lbs. Still, i'm not obsessing. then again, this does feel MUCH better!

up 3 lbs. I'll have to do some reviewing to see why. there may be no reason at all. Fluctuation happens, and i'm still doing well. very well! let's see how next week goes.
