Ugh, I hate the ups and downs. Well, I hate the ups. But it's ok. They come, no matter what. Keep eating well. The next step is to kill all fast food burgers and crap like that.
After that, I'll get rid of the frozen meals. But, gotta be slow.

yikes. I alternate over whether i think 1000 calorie deficit is easy or not. hell, there are times I'm working hard to not under eat. let's keep it up!

First weigh in of the new year. I don't want to be one of those people that diets every year, fails, and restarts. But I was turning into that guy. Time to put the breaks on.
I was doing alright and haven't put any weight back on in the last 9 months. I have lost 5 pounds, which isn't awesome, but at least I'm not yo-yoing. My plan now is to plan all my food, enter my calories, and drop about 2 lbs a week. At least until I get down to about 250. Then I can slow it down a little, going for about 1.5 a week. Once I get to 235 I can drop it to a pound a week.
