SOUP DIET (CANNED)
THERE ARE A TON OF NEW PROGRESSO LIGHT SOUPS THAT ARE UNDER OR SLIGHTLY OVER 200 CALORIES IN AN ENTIRE CAN (2 CUPS). MY DIET INCLUDES TWO CANS PER DAY. LUNCH AND DINNER, AND ONE LEAN CUISINE PER DAY (BREAKFAST). IT MAY SEEM WEIRD BUT I EAT BREAKFAST AROUND NOONISH AND I TRY TO STOP EATING TWO HOURS BEFORE BED TIME.
I SUPPLEMENT WITH HEALTHY SNACKS LIKE BAKED BABY SWERT POTATOES WITH GREEK YOGURT AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS, A TBSP (OR TWO) LOW SODIUM PEANUT BUTTER ON ONE SLICE WHOLE WHAT BAKERY BREAD. AND LITTLE ALCOHOL ( I STILL HAVE TWO ADULT BEVERAGES A DAY)
MY TOTAL CALORIE COUNT IS UNDER 1300 MOST DAYS AND I NOW DO STRENGTH TRAINING IN HOME EXERCISES.
