i have a serious problem with my eating here lately and i dont know why- hormones maybe- but it usually rears its ugly head at night-
so i may put my self on a ban of food after a certain time ?? maybe like 730-800 and after
any suggestions ?

Happy Sunday everyone-
well had a good weigh in- was 182.6 for 1/2 the week but i am always reluctant to take the loss unless i see it for a day or 2 so this morning when i was less- i stepped off and then back on expecting it to be an error but nope- YEA !!
so gonna with gods continued help keep up what has been working-
the sun is shining- have a blessed day all - gonna grab my coffee and some breakfast

ok there is a cause and effect- and i think it is caffeine related-
so when i have coffee i tend to stay up later causing me to want to eat but not from actual hunger
so going to try no coffee/caffeine today and see if i can get to bed on time instead of later
so still no coffee- Day 3 of 10 sets of 10 done- JJ-PU-SQ-CR- so cute my 3 & 2 yr old try to do them with me
off to make them Bfast
