Good Morning
so joined 2 new challenges- 100 pushup & squats/day
decided to do sets of 10 Jumping jacks- 10 squats- 10 push ups-10 crunchs- x 10
got them done did 2 sets at a time over the course of 45 min while making breakfast and getting kids dressed etc...
so YEA i got them done-
need to get in the garden and finish that up- hopefully today but maybe tomorrow?
we will have to see what the day brings us

happy sunday afternoon
stopped at hoss's after church today - fund raiser thing
but logged the food i ate as best as i could- and ate fairly well - well as
well as i wanted to LOL
worked 2 hrs in the garden afterwards digging it up and planting more seeds
gonna try and get a walk in this evening after kids go to bed as well
still going to weigh in tomorrow morning - been stuck this week at 184.4- and
i am sure today didnt help- tomorrow is another day

Happy Saturday !!!!
The sun is shining-
looks like i maybe able to get back into my garden today and get some more seeds planted- : )
got a walk in last night- gonna try and get another one in tonight- i have just been soo tired lately- i sleep 6-7 hrs a night with no interruption and still wake up tired- ??
oh well thats what coffee is for right ??

Good Morning All
rainy days- BLAH - i know the rain helps the flowers grow but ugh they make me feel blue- but not going to let it get me down into a funk- cranking up my gospel and claiming the power thats in that blood- that wonder working power-
so i made a wonder delish discovery- JIff whipped peanutbutter- chocolate
it taste like smooth and creamy reese peanutbutter cups- 150 cal for 2 tbs but on a slice of bread or toast- so worth it- or maybe just on a spoon.
thinking of using it on a cake for the next birthday party-
anyways gonna try to get my butt moving despite wanting to just go curl up in a ball and sleep.- need more coffee
i also have this uncontrollable urge to make a pot of chili - what is it about ucky weather that makes me want to make chili?? am i alone with this ??
