Today has been the worst. I was defeated by temptation. On Sundays I usually cook a big meal. So I decided to make my daughter some bbq ribs. Why did I do that. I didn't co crazy Thank God but i did taste a small piece of the rib I feel so guilty but nobody's perfect. Besides that little mishape today was good.

I can't believe I mad it to day 5 and it's almost over. I don't know if its a good thing or bad thing that my appetite was not up there today. The only thing I had was a veggie burger and some lettuce. It was alright but I don't think I would make it a part of my daily meal. Just can't wait until next week when I can have a good old turkey burger and some cheese. That will be my first meal after all this. Didn't excercise today either but it's too hot it's like 90 degrees.

Feeling pretty good today. Had a small breakfast and a good workout. I did the biggest looser cardio max it's only about 20 minutes long. Then I took a rest. About a half hour later I popped in my Kyshia Cole and stepped to it. Lasted about a half hour. This is my second time trying to loose weight and I think it is going to work this time. Last time I was too busy with school and taking care of my daugther. Now that school is over I have plenty of time to focus on my goals.

So far I believe I am doing good today but I think I may be overeating.I ate an eggwhite and spinach omlet for breakfast then a few hours later I had a bananna and a few grapes. I'm not even hungry and I feel a little full but I just ate 3 spoons of spinach. Last night I was so hungry when I went to bed so I am trying to actually have the 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day that are suggested but I'm not sure if I am overdoing it.I really didn't eat this much until I started this diet. Most of my calorie intake came from liquids so eating so much out the day is concening me. The only thing I know is that I have been drinking plenty of water and I did have a good workout this morning. I plan to take a walk before I go to bed I'm not sure if I will go out or just pop a video in.

I have now reached day 3 of phase 1. Last night was a little rough. During the day I was fine. Although I really don't like oatmeal I tried to eat it. Lunch was good but when it came to dinner time. I was truely tested. My daughter is 12 years old so I have to fix dinner for. Thank God she doesn't mind brown rice or vegetables quite frankly she loves vegetables. The problem is I don't want to deprive her of meat during these first nine days so I cook her a few pieces so she can add to what ever I eat. I need a few hearty vegetarian meals that are phase 1 appropriate so I won't get tempted to taste or sample.
