hey guys i am back i can't believe i been gone for so long i just discontinued my journey but i am back. don't think i'm doing fat smash but i do plan on smashing this fat off

hey guy's its been a long time since i been on but thankfully i have lost some weight i now weigh 210 lbs and that is wonderful because i have not been following my diet at all but have been watching what i eat and walk every other day. What i think that really helped me was i only drink diet soda now and have laid off bread.

Haven't started phase 2 over yet but have been walking everyday and watching what I eat. Basically alot of chicken and seafood. Been eating alot of white rice and pasta's though. Plan to eat brown rice today. Easing back on track slowly.

Hey guys i am back. I haven't excercised since my last weigh in. I have been eating whatever I want and amazingly only gained 3 lbs. Thank God. I plan on gradually getting back on track. I forgot how important it is to check in from time to time. Just reading differnt people stories once in a while gives me motivation. I joined a challenge today that doesn't start for a few days which will give me time to get things together. I have even given my self a challenge. In 7 days I want to at least loose the weight I gained.
