Today was a great day. I didn't cheat and felt pretty good about my self. My friend came over and we did about 25 minutes of inhome walking. I am so glad she decided to try fat smash with me becuase I was really loosing my motivation. She even convinced me to try a differnt brand of veggie burgers that were delicious. She got them from Trader Joe's. Hopefully my motivation will continue and I will actually get through phase 1.

Haven't been around in a while. Loosing motivation. Did pretty good the past two days but did cheat a little but have been still excericing. Hopefully I'll get back on track tommorrow.

I must admitt that I didn't give the diet my all this week. I honestly don't know what happened. I have decided to start fresh on Monday and do phase one again. Only until Friday. I hope adding these five days will pick me back up. One of my friends has decided to start next week also. This may give me some extra motivation. It's just that temptation comes along with the weekend. I plan on excericing this weekend and watching what I eat carefully. I don't want to gain the weight I did loose back. I have been doing good so far. I am basically trying to follow phase two during the weekend. I grilled some shrimp with chilli powder and oregono with brown rice for lunch it was pretty good. I am going to my mother in laws birthday party tonight so I know there will be drinks. So I just have to keep my fingers crossed and not go overboard.

Well i weighed myself last night and was pleased but not that please. I wanted to loose at least five pounds but somehting is better than nothing.

The pas two days were extemly hard for me. I had a cocktail Monday and Tuesday and last night I ate basically whatever I wanted to. I didn't go to far overboard but I didn't excercise either. This morning I ate 2 slices of bacon and an egg. That's not to bad. Not sure if I should start Phase 1 over or not. I should be weighing in on Friday I guess that will determine if I start over or not. As of this point I plan to pick up and follow the diet correctly.
