So I ended up on my total pig out day eating a half piece of homemade veggie and meat pizza. I also ate an English muffin with butter and scrambled eggs. A quarter of a turkey sandwich with tomato,bacon,cheddar cheese & mayo. Gesh you'd think I'd go big but that's All I gave myself on my pig out day !

I'm not feeling so hot today so I'm gonna veg out,eat, couch it and not worry about it! Tomorrow is my sculpt strength training & running day.. I'm just gonna eat today! NO EXCUSES! NO BEING DOWN ON MYSELF! I have been so good for months today I indulge!!!!!!!!
