Should be a mix of fat loss and muscle gain. However, if no muscle gain occurs, it would translate into a fat loss of 12 Lbs. This would bring Fat% down to 20% (132/33). At that point, I will need to lose another 8 Lbs. of fat and gain 8 Lbs. of muscle.
Final will be 15% fat (140/25).
