Incredible weather. Actually went to the Jersey Shore yesterday - over 80 degrees and not a cloud in the sky all day. Hadn't been to Bar-A in probably 20 years. A great day... now it is time to get serious again...
I have reset my RDI to 1500... workouts are set to 6 times per week... this should provide a deficit of about 1000 cals per day/ 2 lbs. loss per week.. this level seems about right.. While I want to end up at 170 Lbs., I know that the proper fat/muscle ratio is the real challenge... focus, focus, focus!
