It's a feasting day, breaking a 41 hour fast, ie last meal was dinner Sunday. It has been proven that alternate day fasting for yo-yo dieter women (established insulin resistance), is the best protocol to not only reduce weight but also heal insulin resistance, ie. move the body set weight point from HIGH (which took 2 decades of eating crap and yo-yo dieting to get there... This part is crucial if you want to easily maintain the weight loss. If you simply restrict calories/ie, count calories, and do not cut out flour/processed food/sugar, you will not fix the body set point and no matter what you will gain it all back. That is NOT happening to me this time.
I am STUFFED! Still thinking I need as much food as is on that plate, but really probably only need 2/3s - afraid to cut back, but time to accept it :) I mean who eats 1 egg? Maybe ME!

Wow! Just made a killer Keto dinner. https://www.eatwell101.com/zucchini-noodles-in-garlic-tomato-cream-sauce-recipe I saw this recipe the other day and within minutes bought a Zucchini Julienne peeler, online. I patiently waited for it to arrive and then pounced. Dinner made and eaten and husband floored at how delicious all these whole ingredients are with the Zucchini replacing the pasta, which you all know is just highly refined flour (poison).
Zucchini, Crushed Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Broth, Salt and Pepper, Cream, Parm.... YUM!!!

Fasting Day. I like a light roast coffee with heavy cream 35% (organic grass fed). A splash works on my fasting days. The sun is shining in Toronto and I LOVE IT!!! Go Team!!
