Omg I am so full. I just ate mushrooms and spinach in a butter/garlic cream/romano sauce, and on the side had a bowl of broccoli soup with some cheddar in it. I feel like I ate an entire bowl of pasta, but there was no pasta....
What an incredibly satisfying feeling to be sitting on the couch, Stuffed!

Hey folks.
I am doing Keto and Fasting, I have learned that Fat is our friend and that Sugar/Refined Flour/High Fructose Corn Syrup/and all Processed Foods are our enemy. My parents are German. They came to Canada in the early 60's. They have always eaten Pork, cooked the way it naturally comes, with their main spice being salt ;). My parents have both always been slim and healthy. My mother never bought into Skim Milk (non-fat milk), Margarine , or any other "low fat" advice / demands being made around them.
Tonight I popped by after work and sat with them while they ate dinner. My mother made a hearty homemade bean soup with "bacon", all cooked together, with the bacon taken out and served on the side. I watched my 85 year old father eat his portions of bacon whole - meat and fat, altogether. My mother, removed her obvious fat, more for texture than concern about the fat itself. I guess fat just can't be that bad, they are still kickin' and very healthy - these two have been eating fat almost every day of my 47 years.
Ditch the Sugar, Refined Flour, Man Made Oils and anything Processed Friends!! Eat real food!!
