Hmm.. this tells me 2 things. #1- I did NOT gain as much as I thought last week. #2- more than likely just water retention....🤷🏽♀️ Meh. I'll take it. Still grooving on my stuffed mushrooms though. Never hurts to keep calories a little lower than planned.

Day 2. yesterday i was 1382 calories. Goal for today,1000. Only doing this 3 days to correct my excessive overages last week. I dont promote any diet that removes an entire food group, however eating high protien HELPS! Im not peckish and not over eating.

My 280 calorie breakfast, and possibly the repeat meal of the day. Ive gained almost 1lb this week. Fuck.Hitting the reset button. I may regret eating all this cheese today, but it will keep my calorie count low. Recipe on my profile if youre interested!

Sometimes I wish I'd taken photos of myself when I started this. Ive lost 35lbs, but I dont FEEL Ive accomplished a single thing. I feel like Im failing. I feel like Im wasting my time because I still feel huge. The mental aspect of weight loss sucks
