What I am doing well over the last 3+ weeks:
-drinking loooots of water: 80+ oz
-staying low carb
-making meals that don't seem like I'm dieting
What I can improve:
-increasing # of red smoothies/wk (beets,berries,apple,kiwi,chia,ginger)
......right now, I usually have one per week -- like to have 3
-# of workouts - most weeks 2/wk
-wear my fitbit (but first find my fitbit, lol)
Goals:
-meditate 5 mins - 3x/week
-less social media... just be. put the phone down.
-go outside more
-read

Working out with a personal trainer (group setting) Tues & Thurs during lunch.
On a really good week, I will have a 3rd at home work out.

I went back to work on 8/1. I knew it would be hard. And, it sure is. There were a couple weeks where I definitely ate too much, but I haven't been a complete pig. I am disappointed about the weight gain. Got super serious on Monday. No budge in weight even though I've been eating super clean. Maybe too many carbs (having 1/2C steel cut oatmeal in the morning and a carb at dinner (monday was quinoa and last night was black bean pasta)). Maybe its only been 2 days and I should chill out about it - give it a week?
Milk production is ok but I'm not keeping up with Shelby. I'm getting 20-25 oz/day. She drinks about 30-32oz. My stockpile is down to 18oz. This is also very upsetting. I'm going to increase my pumping to 5x/day to see if I can salvage this. I'm scared for my sanity. I really need to maximize sleep,but for my milk's sake I need to increase pumping. So that means staying up later and getting up earlier. The alarm already goes off at 5:15am. F!
Wearing my fitbit - walking 10 flights of stairs 1-2x/day. Hitting about 5K steps/day. No idea how to increase this.
