I forgot to take a photo of my dinner but got a pic of my yummy salad.
Tonight's dinner was Cajun Seasoned chicken thigh on bone with a small side of potato wedges and a medium sized serving of a salad made with cos lettuce, radish, cucumber, red onion, parsley and dill dressed with a pinch of salt and dashes of vinegar and olive oil.
And for a late evening snack I had a cup of halved strawberries with some chocolate sauce

Took my boy Max for a short walk to tire him out... now I'm worn out and he still wants to play...

Still steady at 119kg
I don't normally have have breakfast, but I have been having Raisin Toast of late. Quite enjoying it actually. 2 slices, toasted with butter.
Then I have lunch/dinner usually between 3pm and 5pm. Today I had chicken thigh Vindaloo with jasmine rice. Also had a can of coke.
I did have a handful of seedless green grapes between the two meals.
Tomorrow is Roast pork with roasted potato/pumpkin and homemade slaw. Maybe some garlic butter green beans.

My weight is still sitting at 119kg.
I take Max on walks, 3 days a week. He doesn't like going everyday. But that is fine with me. It gives me some rest days.
Food and Water intake are about the same.

Getting a puppy has its benefits. I have been sitting at 119kg for about a month now.
His name is Max and he is only 16 weeks old. He was a sweet tiny angel when we got him.
Now he is an absolute terror. But I love him to bits.
Diet wise... My water intake has gone up from 2 litres to 3 litres and my coffee has gone down from 2 -3 day to just one a day.
